Does anybody know who to contact when support fails. waiting 10 days now for a call back to resolve a 30 second issue resolve. support stinks corporate needs to know.

I never have issues when calling Support, and I am on the west coast. However, if I had an issue, I also wouldn't wait 10 days to see about receiving a callback.
