SiteLink and Storable Website User - Protection Plan Offering

I am very interested in connecting with anyone who is using both SiteLink and Storable Website services.  Specifically, we are about to make Property Protection a requirement for new and existing Tenants and I am struggling with the interface of how the optional coverage we are offering is presented to online renters. Tenants will either need to provide proof of their own coverage or they will be auto enrolled in our offering.

In May of 2024 we implemented an insurance plan through Bader Insurance, who are integrated with SiteLink. If you have access to set up, you can view their information on the right side of the screen under insurance. Bader will handle the whole thing for you.

I had Sage, which got bought out by Storable a couple years ago, and we became StorSmart.  We are in the process of switching to SafeLease because we get a much higher payout with them.  They all integrate with Sitelink easily, and the company of your choice will help get everything set up in Sitelink with you.

I use Sitelink and Storable websites, plus I require insurance as a requirement for new tenants.  I have yet to require existing tenants to auto-enroll, but I am thinking about it.
Nearly all of my new rentals are through the website and the potential tenant now has a Rental Agreement to e-sign plus the document that you see below.  So far this has not prevented any rentals from happening but it has caused some confusion for tenants who do not have their insurance info handy.  Also, several tenants have completed the rental agreement but not the insurance form, meaning they will be auto-enrolled at a later date and I am sure I will be having a conversation with them.
I am torn over this because it is one more barrier to a tenant completing the rental but it also allows a tenant to customize their coverage as needed and potentially increases our revenue.  I hope this helps answer your question.
