Ok so I'm in Florida. we have a hurricane coming,
What do facilities do about allowing people in the gate. Shut the gates down til you can inspect the property? Not let people in til the storm passes?

I have zero experience in this so my opinion may not matter one bit. I would send out a notification to all tenants stating that due to the incoming storms, the gates will be closed until it is deemed to be safe. Then shut it down. If they have not gotten what they need yet, they are not going to. My prayers are with you, stay safe!2

But I would not let anyone on the property until I knew it was safe. That's too much liability, in my opinion.1
