6. Communication. Renter consents to Operator contacting by phone, email, text message or social media with regards to the business relationship between Operator and Renter. For this reason, Renter shall apprise Operator of any change in their mailing address, email or phone number in writing within twenty (20) days of such change.2

I verbally advise them of it & if at any point they request that I do not text them, I remove that option.1
