New eFile and E File Management

Trying to help a tenant with esign.  I have two facilities.  When I go to My Hub eFile Management and can only see the documents for one location.  Any tips, tricks or work arounds?  Thanks

When you log in to Myhub, are you logging in to the right location? I imagine you can only see the information for the facility you are logged in to.

I don't know that it is the problem you are running in to, but it took us a little while to figure out you have to pay attention to the date range at the top of the e-file management pages, too. it still occasionally causes confusion when we cant find a file we know should be there.

I don't see anywhere in MyHub to select location.  It always pulls up L001.

When you log in, it asks for name, location, corp code and password. you would have to enter the other location there, I think.

Thank you for reaching out! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are here to help. MyHub defaults to loading documents for one location when accessed through the corporate side.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to switch between locations within eFile Management on the corporate side at this time.A recommended workaround is to sign into MyHub through the SiteLink Web Edition/client side for the specific location you need to view. This will give you access to the eSign documents for that location.
