Esign Issues!!!!!!!!!

When will these issues be resolved?
The first image displays duplicate leases and other forms appearing twice.
The second image indicates that one out of three move-ins results in a server error.
The third image shows that after completing the signing process, users are left on this screen with no option to return to the home screen without closing and reopening the web browser.Did anyone test this update before launching it??????

Yes, the entire e sign update has created a lot of problems, i have performed several faux move in's. Still completely baffled on how user unfriendly it is. No bueno!0

Post this on Storage Talk as well...I think it gets more tracation. Storable should admit it's error and bring back the original version. No harm...0

Yes, the new eSign is horrible. Takes three to four more time to move someone in. Our less tech savvy staff are having a lot of difficulty, especially with it hanging on the lease when finished with no way to really close it back to the home screen. And, if they do happen to eventually close the lease window, about half the time they get the "500 Internal Server Error" which is more than they can handle and one of our higher-ups has to come in and fix it.
Absolutely ridiculous!!! We were told this was done to promote more transparency with our electronic documents. So far, it's been less or at best the same transparency as our old signature pads. Unless we spend a few minutes directing our new tenants on how to use the iPad eSign, it's a lot quicker and way easier to just scroll to the eSign box and have it ready for them to sign... It's just a big wireless signature pad at this point. And, as we no longer bring the lease up on our computer screen, we can not even swivel our monitor over for them to see the document like we did with the signature pad.
I second the OP's comment - "Did anyone test this update before launching it??????"1 -
I noticed with the latest update on Wednesday that the issue of not returning to the home screen has been partially resolved. However, now it appears that every time a lease is completed, the system logs you out. Additionally, the other two issues mentioned previously remain unresolved.
This continues to complicate and prolong the move-in process for my managers!0 -

It is very frustrating-I get all the way to the Manager's Signature part and I sign then it just sits there-Doesn't progress to the next screen which should be to Email to the Tenant. It works on one new move in and then the next one it doesn't. The whole process takes way more time and makes us look like we don't know what we are doing!0

Rented a unit this morning, and would up going into Company>Re-Print>Forms to open up the lease for the tenant to sign. I clicked on the unit, then to our lease and then to eSign options. The Document window opened up with the "Would you like to open the existing document or create a new one. Of course I clicked on "create a new one." From there is asked if I wanted to "sign in person now or e-mail a link to sign?" I clicked "Sign In Person."
The document was being generated, then the window where it asked you to give the tenant control to view and sign the document came up. I clicked on continue and got this:
I did a rental by phone/email last week and the tenant had contacted me after receiving the eSign lease to confirm that their signature was on it, because it was having difficulty allowing them to even use a pre-defined font. On my end, the signature had come over.
Has anyone else had issues with eSign leases today?0
