Why are two of our tenants generating a cc email?

We do *not* have "Always BCC Site" selected under our E-Mail Setup, yet for two of our tenants, every time SiteLink sends out a Past Due Notice or an Invoice, we get a copy of the message in our office Inbox. I've searched & searched, but cannot find where these two tenants have a different configuration than the other 500+ tenants.

    Our first recommendation is to check the tenant profiles for the two affected tenants and ensure your facility’s email address hasn’t been added as an additional email.

    To verify this:

    • Open Payments, double-click the tenant, click "Edit" to access tenant details, and review all email addresses on each tab.

    If everything appears correct and you’re still receiving copies of these notices, please give us a call at 919-865-0789 > Option 2 so we can dive deeper and help resolve the issue.

    Oh my goodness! ... that is EXACTLY what the problem was! Never in a million years would I have thought to check how their email had been set up when they moved in!
