Double charged reservation

Usually if someone is impatient, or isn't sure their first paid reservation went through, they will do another one. When that happens, I get notifications via phone and email that reservations were made.

I got a reservation notification this morning; just a single. In the Lead to Lease section, there was only a single reservation showing. However, on this end, it shows two different receipts were generated (at $25/apiece) and it also shows two charges on our Daily Close proof edit.

So of course I honored both charges.

Did SiteLink's servers have too much turkey yesterday?

    I had one where I moved a guy in from reservations yesterday and later on in the day while cleaning up my leads and reservations, I refreshed and suddenly had that guy on the screen again as reserved! luckily he was a returning customer so I had not charged him the reservation fee when he first reserved it, so no money was credited, thank god.

    Yeah, the second reservation never came up on Lead to Lease. But there were two charges confirmed taken out. Odd.
