How can i find a list of tenants that haven't had a rate increase in over 360 days?

I need to make sure i didn't overlook any increases. I cannot find those tenants anywhere.

Hello @ tomb of the mask, In SiteLink, run a Tenant List or Custom Report and filter Current Tenants where Last Rate Increase Date is more than 360 days ago (or blank if you want tenants who have never had an increase). Export the results if needed. SpareFoot does not track rate increases; that data comes from SiteLink.0
