Out for Signature ghost

Using web edition, we have two Out for Signatures on our reminder list, however, there are no Awaiting Manager's Signature, Out for Tenant's Signature, Completed, Voided, etc. that would prompt having two on the Reminders section.

How can it be cleared?

When you open "out for signature" run the date back a few months.  The default is only 30 days, it may be older. I have had to go back 4 or 5 months before to find ones that have not been signed before.

I forget about that because I only let them get a couple days past then I delete!

Perfect. Thank you. Usually I am also on top of lease signatures. This one must've come through when a coworker covered for me.
