Proof of Insurance

We are trying to add the tenants Proof of Insurance. Once we fill everything out the info required on the right we click "Create New Proof". Select Okay. Select Okay to complete Transaction. After refreshing the application we go to check to see if the information is saved. It's still blank. How do you create a New Proof?

I did end up calling. They determined there is a bug and they will work on it for the next 3 days. The temporary solution is to add it through the Sitelinks myhub to save the info. It saves and sticks there and migrates to the application.

One more step.  Click ok on the payment screen after the ok to complete transaction.  This will take you back to the Tenant list.  Reopen the the payment screen to confirm the Proof is there.  It's an extra step and especially annoying when you have a tenant with multiple units, but that should do it.

I do all of that but it does not save. It's not sticking.
