How to disable ACH or taking a check for a tenant

when a tenant has multiple nsf checks I want to be able to disable taking a check from them or them being able to do a ACH transaction on-line 
Is there a way?

In the area where you change their address, you can disable web access with a check box right under the email address (I don't believe you can specifically prohibit just ACH payment, though).  Then over to the right of that, you can check the box "Do not accept checks" and it won't allow them to be entered on the payment screen.
