How do I sell a lock to a tenant wit multiple units that didn't buy one upon renting?

Any tenant that has two or more units, there is no merchandise sales option. Tenant rented a second unit and then came back later to purchase a lock. How do I sell them a lock? Thanks

If you are using Sitelink, highlight just one unit on the upper lefthand side & then add merchandise found on the bottom right side.

I am using sitelink, but there is no add merchandise on any of tenants with multiple units. I checked all of them. Only tenants with a single unit has that option.

I figured it out. It was actually co worker that was having issues. Thanks.

For multi unit tenants at top left of Payment Screen it says all units- then lists the units.  Click on an individual unit and then the Merchandise button will be there.
