Moving a new tenant out same day as rented paid by credit card.

Hi,
My question is this, when a unit is rented and paid for by credit card, is it possible to move them out same day and their credit card not be charged? Or does it go through, and they'd need to be refunded the money?

Are you saying that you did a move-in, ran their credit card and then they changed their mind and you are wanting to move it back out?  If that's the case, I would do that in "Adjustment" > Ledger Adjustments and "void" the transaction and then delete the account. If you just do a move out, YES, their card would still be charged... you would need to process a refund.
