Why can't I print or email when using Price Optimizer?

I have two facilities.  I have used Price Optimizer many times to increase rents.   Both sites are set up identical in the Price Optimizer Tenant Rate Management screen.  Now one site does not provide option to print and email.  Screen is "grayed out" Any suggestions?

i don't believe because you have price optimizer active its not allowing you to print, try going into your setup then emails to be sure the 2 facilities are set properly - take screen shots of each.. hope this helps
