Custom Thank-You Page and Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We have our own website that directs to our Sitelink page when someone makes a reservation. I'm wondering if there is a way to redirect users back to our website after they make a reservation (so they see a custom thank-you page where we can add Google Ads conversion tracking). 

If that is not possible, is there a way to add conversion tracking in Sitelink so we can measure ad campaign performance?
