Recurring Discounts

How can I tie a recurring discount for one tenant that is only valid while a referred tenant rents at the facility? For example:

Tenant A refers Tenant B to rent.
Tenant B rents a unit, Tenant A receives $x off their rent each month.
If Tenant B vacates, Tenant A's rent returns to the normal rate.

Thanks.

Well if your using Sitelink, you can't...But why would you want to do this.  What if tenant B is a bad payer, or just a bad tenant, will tenant A still get a discount.  How would that work with rate increases?  We give a one time credit off one month's rent for referrals and the new tenant doesn't pay the admin fee coming in.  I personally would not give a discount for the duration of the stay of the referred tenant.

    I'm with @GM_SJ_BSS We give a 1-time referral credit on tenant's next month's rent.
