Data Mining in Custom Reports

I have developed a number of custom SQL scripts to extract information to use, for example, to upload customer phone numbers to our PBX directory. Can someone advise how I can suppress the column header(s) and Totals/Avg lines from the returned query? e.g. I only require those data returned.
