Data Fields

Our invoices have sections in the setup like Due Date <Invoice.DueDate>
Unit <Invoice.Unit> the items in <> being the call on the data which are filled when procseed to the customer. In our emails that go to customers with the invoice attached we have Dear <Tenant.FirstNameGreet>, <> the data field again for customers and being auto filled when being emailed out. I want to add to the body of the email message after the greeting, the due date. I have tried adding to the email setup Due Date <Invoice.DueDate>, but the data call doesn't seem to work.
Any ideas?

If you need the date to be in the email itself, you could use <Date.InsertpromptPayment>, which will ask you to enter the date when you send the email. <Tenant.PaidThruDate> might also provide the correct date if your billing is like ours.
The Invoice and Receipt keywords generally only work in the letters, and only properly fill in when the invoice or receipt itself is generated.
The other option is to send the invoice inline or inline and attached. This will make the invoice itself part of the body of the email, though the formatting of the tables might get messed up.0 -
Thanks for that, will try it, think invoice suits us better as an attachment. Thanks again.0
