Topaz Signature Pad is Working Again as of 5/24/2025

I glad the signature pad is working again. I did NOT like having to sign into a tablet or emailing to Esign while I have other tenants waiting to be helped.

The discovery of this behaviour comes at a late stage. At the very least, it is necessary to be conscious of the fact that occurrences of this kind do take place.
