Using SMS to Communicate Gate Hours

Hi Folks,

Our gate hours are from 6A-9PM and we are using PTI Storelogix + Sitelink.

For tenants who are "on-site" say after 8:30pm and for those who additionally enter the site, we would like the automation of having their mobile number in the database be pinged as a friendly reminder that our facility will be closing in 30 minutes and will not be able to enter/exit after that time.

Given the two pieces of software we are using, how can we make this happen? PTI would have to kick off an event and I don't believe it has built in SMS, but Sitelink does. Would a Zapier automation have to built and act as a "middle man"?
