Card Payment Manual removed from Customers bank 3-4 times

While manually processing card payment got warning SL has detected error. Check payment history or receipts. No evidence of payment. Now tenant is saying payment was taken out of account 3 or 4 times  Emailed support and no response.  Now I see a Storable Payments update for tomorrow. HMMMMM
  I AM NOT HAPPY
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  AND VERY EMBARRASSING.

    I've had this happen.  What a pain in the you know what.  The 1st time it happened, I just checked the account in sitelink, which didn't reflect the payment so I ran it again.  On the 2nd try the payment went through.  Came in the next day to a message stating we charged the tenant twice.  Sure enough, this time I went into storable payments and verified we charged her twice, obviously we refunded a payment, but when it happens now (it doesn't happen often) I immediately go into the storable payments to verify if payment processed.

    myhub, storable payments (in the left hand menu), transactions(also in the left hand menu)

    You can look at the transactions for the day in question, and if it shows a payment was captured, but it isn't reflected in Sitelink, you can run it in the payment screen as an offline transaction to get Sitelink up to date.
