If the tenants employer wants to be named on contact

Good afternoon, We have a tenant whose employer (from Los Angeles) wants the unit changed into their name. We are several hours away from Los Angeles; the employer won't be able to come here or send anyone to sign a new rental agreement is what we are being told. We don't have a way for them to 'docu-sign'. The current tenant sent a copy of the request from her employer but that's all we have so far. What options do we have? Any ideas from anyone? Thank you.

If they don't have a way to sign a contract, it can't be done. 

But why can't you do an electronic signature?

In the form, add an esign field.  They are part of the keyword list.  Then when you send it to the customer, they esign and you are notified that it's done and you can print it if you need to.
