Is it possible to have a lease set up for when someone rents a unit through our website and a different lease for when the tenant rents in-house?  Reason I’m asking is due to the “keyword” in the lease.  For example if a tenant rents in house we can pre fill some of the required text box information versus if they rent online we need the lease to capture certain required text box information.

Yes.  There are a total 6 leases that can be used.
