Why does the ACH Get Returns show 1 and I have nothing showing?

Can we remove this from our Reminders tab?

It is supposed to be a reminder to check for returns (daily) if you use ACH at your facility. Sitelink can't automatically check for returns, so it need someone to do it manually.

We don't use ACH, and actually got Sitelink to remove the reminder for us, but with their newest update, it is back.

Hi @Seandra -  @themage is correct. If you use ACH, the reminder is there to prompt you to check for returns, since Sitelink can’t do that automatically. If you don’t use ACH, our support team can remove the reminder for you.
