I need to remove an employee from SiteLink because they are no longer with the company.
I cannot get a hold of anyone for support. I get to the hold music. Then after that it rings once and then silent.

Go to set up> Employees and highlight the employee and click delete. If you have the security clearance available to you. Usually, the owner or administrator would have the authorization to do it.1
