Transfer security deposit to another unit

A tenant with 2 units moved out of one. I am trying to transfer the security deposit to another unit. There are 4 prompts to click on, the one I want to click on is the 4th one down that says something like apply to this unit, but it is not highlighted and will not allow me to click on it.
