How do I move from Schedule Auction to Auction?

We have two tenants who have been thru the Schedule Auction process. We set the date, sent them the notice, and now we are ready to clear out their units. They are listed in the "Reverse: Schedule Auction" task. The auction date we set under Schedule Auction has come and gone, but it did not generate an "Auction" task in the Reminders list. Sure seems like that should have happened, right??
* If I "Process" them from the Reverse: Schedule Auction form, it's going to reverse the scheduled auction, *NOT* move them into Auction status and add the $50 Auction Fee to their balance.
* If I just move them out, it's not going to add the Auction Fee either.
So, how do I complete the process and add the fee?
And why isn't there a training video on this?!
