How to reserve a unit on sitelink

Hello, What are the instructions as to how to reserve a unit on sitelink? Thank you.

Go to Lead to Lease - on the bottom right of that screen under Lead, select Add.

The screen that comes up will have the Customer tab selected.  Over on the right click NEW and add the required info and save.

Then go to the Unit & Discount tab and select the unit they are reserving.  Add the discount if you're giving one.

The go to the Schedule tab and select the date they need it and the date it will expire if they don't come back.

From there you can save and then go to Letters tab and email a confirmation if you want to.  Otherwise, just Save and Exit.




Then to move them in when they come back, you select their name on the Lead to Lease list and click Convert.
