ACH to Commit and ACH to Submit

What is the difference between these two and do I need to run both if we use ACH?

I do not see any documentation on "ACH to Commit" but I do see Sitelinks training video for "ACH to Submit".

What does ACH to commit window look like? I'm trying to give directions using pictures from ACH to Commit to show a worker while I am out but I don't have the reminder yet.

If you double click on the ACH Get Returns reminder, it will open the ACH Screen. On the right hand side, both "submit transactions" and "Commit all submitted transactions" are available.

Basically, Submit creates a list of transactions. The user can submit items throughout the day if necessary, or just once a day to simplify workflow.

After all of the items for the day are "submitted" to the list, "Commit" sends the list (batch) to the processor to be dealt with all at once.
