Can tenants be blocked from making reservations online? We refuse someone, and we don't want themo make the reservation online?

Unfortunately no, we usually write Do Not Rent in the company section of the tenant's account, but unless your looking for it under moved out accounts, you won't see it. There is no way to flag a tenant as now, from what I understand this is something Sitelink would not be able to do. If they do manage to reserve one, you do have the right to cancel the reservation, if they are able to move in online, you can also contact them and explain why they are no longer able to rent at the facility but then you would have to refund the payment including the admin fee.Mustafa11 said:Can tenants be blocked from making reservations online?
