undo a Move In

Someone has been moved in by accident. can it be undone.

If it is before the daily close, go to adjustments>ledger adjustments>select their name and highlight and "void" the transaction.  It will prompt you to refund to original payment method.  Once the transaction is voided, at the bottom you can delete the account.  If you do not delete the account, it will show a balance due.

thats voiding a payment i mean reversing a move in potentially someone moved onto the system and not payment taken yet.

Then you just do the same thing and delete the account on that screen without first voiding the payment.
