Sitelink, Storage Pug and Spider Door

We are in the process of opening a new facility - we are open and running fine on in person rentals but having an issue with online rentals. The online rentals are being issued a code that has a * in front of the numbers in order for it to work, and we do not use a * on anything we do. Our codes are XXXX #. We have another facility already on all three and no issues there. Sitelink says not their issue, Spider Door says not their issue and Storage Pug says they only pull the code from Sitelink. Anyone else ever had this problem and get a resolution to fix it?
