Best way to handle Duplicate gate codes other than Call tenant & Assign a New code...

I think that is pretty much the only way to handle it after it happens.

To avoid the situation, you could have Sitelink generate random gate codes for each new tenant, or assign gate codes based on something unlikely to repeat (phone #, for example, if your access controls will handle 7 or more digits).

I'm confused....mine won't ALLOW a duplicate code.  How is it happening in the first place?
