Stuck in "Waiting for Signature"

I have 2 leases stuck in the "Waiting for Signature", while the bulletin shows the document as completed. Both the tenant and manager have signed the document and clicked submit. Support just told me to void the lease and have the tenant sign a new one... that also gets stuck in the waiting for manager signature. When I open the document, it is already signed and will not let me do anything with it.
