Call Potential

Hi All, I am considering adding the SMS, email and robo collections through Storable's Call Potential. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience with this. I have the late notices that go out through text and email now, but the customer to navigate the unfriendly payment portal in the StorEdge website. I use Sitelink as my operations software. I believe a link to click and pay without any password being needed would offer a more user friendly experience. The pay by phone (Marcie) would likely help as well. It's only $100 per month for 916 units and have a low income clientele so all the help I can get on collections would be great. However, I don't want to screw up anything with a faulty add-on that's fickle and troublesome. I really appreciate any insight ...

I don't recommend. We tried it and found it more troublesome than good.
The only feature we kept was the robo collection call(s) and eliminated the other options.
Customers do note the robo is sometimes hard to understand, but it does make them give us a call so we can decipher the message for them.

Call Bo at Self Storage SMS . Very economical -reliable and provides a pay link

We use the text link at our facility and think it's great. Customers can click the link and pay from their mobile device in less than 2 minutes versus the "setting up a new account frustration" that happens 90% of the time
