How to get Sitelink to update gates automatically?

I run our facility remotely.  So all move ins are handled with Sitelink and Storlogix from an office that is not on site.  The issue we have is that we can get everything set up for tomorrows move in and the gate tomorrow morning will not allow access to that tenant unless I turn everything on at 12:01 am and update all tenants in the setup/access menu.  It sucks.  

I do not want to need a computer running 24 hours a day soaking up power and I don't understand how a cloud based system requires such a ridiculous action to make it work.  Surely I am missing something somewhere.

How do I get a customer signed, and ready to move in tomorrow and not have to fire up my computer at 12 am to make sure his gate access is ready on move in day?  It's crazy.

Unfortunately I believe you have to leave the computer with sitelink and storlogix running 24/7 to have the codes update immediately when a move in is performed.   This is what I found.

To get SiteLink to update new move-in codes immediately for after-hours move-ins using StorLogix, you must enable the remote transaction setting on a designated computer that stays running continuously. 

Steps to Configure Immediate Updates

• Designate a Computer: Leave one computer at your facility running SiteLink and your gate software continuously (24 hours a day).
• Enable Remote Transactions: In SiteLink, go to Access Setup (or Gate Setup) and check the box for "Update the gate for remote transactions". 
• Check Frequency: With this setting active, SiteLink checks its servers for new remote or after-hours transactions (such as web or kiosk move-ins) every 2 minutes and immediately pushes the new codes to StorLogix. 
• Match Time Zones: Ensure your access time zones in SiteLink match the corresponding time schedules programmed inside StorLogix so that new codes are assigned the correct 24-hour or after-hours permissions.
