Teaneck Planning Board to consider master plan changes [Article]

TEANECK — The township Planning Board will decide Thursday whether to make changes to the master plan that would allow for a hotel and self-storage facility near Route 4, townhouses near the Glenpointe complex near Interstate 80 and age-restricted housing on Teaneck Road.

Richard Preiss, the township planner, prepared the reexamination report and will present it to the board on Thursday. The board will then vote to adopt, modify or reject the suggested changes. [Keep Reading]
