I'm wondering what a ball-park hourly wage would be for a part-time employee renting units?

In my experience it varies depending on part of the country. I've seen good managers make under $10 an hour while bad ones make $17+ an hour all because of where they are located.

$12 to $15 an hour in California and that's if you are a Resident Mgr. Non Resident get about $25 an hour.
