We have promos all over the place .How does a 30 year old facility competes with a modern day facility? If the customer has nothing but trash, How does that compare with a customer that has Ethan Allan?

A 30 year old facility can be fine, as long as you're maintaining it properly. I've worked brand new state of the art facilities as well as 30+ year old facilities. The one i'm at now is actually quite old and you can tell by the construction of it. It's all about how your employees treat people and handle their business. If a customer feels like they are nothing but a hassle to one store and the other store is treating them as an actual person it's an easy decision. We're in a small town country type town where you'd think people treat each other friendlier and we still hear non stop from customers how other sites have treated them or new move ins who said they can call all around town yet we'll be the only ones to actually follow up with them.

doesn't matter how old the place is, just how nice you keep it looking and how you treat your tenants.
