mistore said:You don't need a big drill bit, only one large enough to drill out the small screw that keeps the lock tab in on the back side. You will drill through the center of the front of the lock (more than likely plated brass), all the way through until you knock the head off of that screw. The entire lock will just come out then. You will probably get pieces that fall into the latch mechanism, so clean it out.0
