How do I enable the letters to print/email in Lead to Lease?

Make sure the Booking Confirmation letter has the wording you want, and that it is set up as "Use Standard RTF" and not turned off. That's the form that gets sent from the Lead to Lease screen.2

Yes. That's the one that it uses.2
