If a daily close its a part of has been done then you need your sage login0

Adjustments- Void. But I can't issue refund on card because I don't have the card number.

Was able to issue a credit on their card through Sage Virtual Terminal. Next step would you process a move out or delete the account in adjustments?

Thanks Mama! That is what I did. Then it showed up as reserved in Lead 2 Lease.

Guess what? The gate codes were not deleted from my system. My guess is when deleting an account it doesn't delete the gate codes. I actually need to research the option of withholding gate codes for online rentals because I am pretty sure I have it set up that way. HMMMMMMMM

This is something I've asked about once before... a blacklist. I have managed to avoid renting to individuals who have come in thinking I wouldn't remember them. However, we have other office staff who might not know who NOT to rent to. And coming up with a spreadsheet is too time-consuming when you have someone at the desk ready to rent.
I know its asking a lot--coding, etc. But I think when you type in a first/last name, or a DL number and it registers as a blacklisted person, a window or prompt or something should come up saying "DO NOT RENT!"
If we're paying increased amounts of SiteLink, shouldn't we really start getting our money's worth out of it?0 -

If you prefer tenants to come into the office before accessing your facility when they’ve moved in online, you can edit your Web Template settings to withhold tenants’ gate codes. This ensures that they physically come into your office to obtain their gate code before they can access their storage unit or set up their account.
To withhold gate codes:
- From Corporate Control Center, access Website and Web Template Setup.
- Select the location you’d like to edit and click Next.
- Click the Web Template eCommerce Gateway tab.
- Within that tab, access the Rules tab.
- Under the Tenant Information heading, check the box next to Withhold gate code for online move-ins and require tenants to use their gate code (not phone number) when creating payment portal accounts.
6. Click Save.
After you’ve edited your settings, any tenant who moves in online will have to make contact with the office at that location in order to obtain their gate code. Their confirmation will tell them to contact your office for their gate code.
