I am looking for a facility that uses the Insomniac kiosk. I have some general questions and operational issues I would like to address before I pull the trigger and purchase one for one of my facilities.

How much does the kiosk get used compared to online rentals and payments? I have only seen one facility in our town with one.

Very little. My personal opinion is they are a waste of space! I haven't had a rental on mine in at least 2 years. Even during covid lockdowns it was only used a couple times. Everyone is used to doing things online, and frankly it's easier that way!

I get a couple payments a week, but those are anti-social people! I watch them drive up while I'm sitting in the office, but they prefer to pay the machine! I'm sure without the kiosk they would pay online.
