Hello! I'm looking for someone who uses the Insomniac kiosk. I have some general questions?

I am looking for a facility that uses the Insomniac kiosk. I have some general questions and operational issues I would like to address before I pull the trigger and purchase one for one of my facilities.

I haven't had a rental on mine in at least 2 years. Even during covid lockdowns it was only used a couple times. Everyone is used to doing things online, and frankly it's easier that way!
I get a couple payments a week, but those are anti-social people! I watch them drive up while I'm sitting in the office, but they prefer to pay the machine! I'm sure without the kiosk they would pay online.1 -
They very much seem like tech from 10 years ago. Most tenants have a smart phone and can pay online. If they don't, do you want them as a tenant? Put up a QR code sign on your gate that links to your payment center and let them pay at the gate to get in. Or rent a unit at the gate!MamaDuke7 said:Very little.
