Logout Issues Tenant Portal

My website is through storable. I have had 2 tenants contact me saying that they are unable to log out of their online accounts after they make their payments.  One of the tenants said that when she went to log in this month to make her payment it was showing she was already logged in and she didn't have to put her password in. Has anyone else been made award of this issue. I contacted support and after 3 days they finally responded that the issue was on the tenants end that it was a issue with the tenants device/browser..

    Interesting. I just checked ours, and I didn't have to log in either. It has been at least a few weeks since I was last on that page.

    It did log me out when I clicked on "logout", but the session should have expired automatically. This definitely looks like a portal issue and not a problem with the tenant's settings. 

    That said, anyone worried about the security risks of staying logged in to websites should probably set their browser to clear cookies and other information regularly.

    Yes.  And several tenants that can't log in.

    Are you in California?  It seems they messed with a lot of stuff when updating to the new laws this year and all the bugs aren't worked out yet.

    No I'm in Kentucky.
