Online payments still not functioning correctly

Hello,
We are still having tenants complain they are unable to make their rent payments online.
This has been happening too long now.
Who do I take this to, to make it so our tenants can pay us?

    That’s frustrating for both you and the tenants. If the issue has been ongoing, it should be escalated to whoever manages your payment platform or IT support — they can check for system errors or outages

    Have you called tech support?

    I have been having affected customers use the "Forgot password" option and then it works when they reset it.

    I sent an email today, too soon to get a response from them though.  I am hoping this gets resolved like immediately!!!
