Insufficient funds?

Have had a couple of tenants tell me that they've had money on cards, yet when we've run those cards, its popped up as having insufficient funds. Has anyone else had issues like this so far this month?

I currently have 5 that are coming up insufficient funds (two of them are repeat offenders though).
