Sitelink web edition task tab not bringing up selected reminder.

Since the lastest update using sitelink Web Edition: The reminders box has your task listed to be done. It used to be that if you seleted scheduled move out it would bring up the listed move-out notices to be sent in the right task tab already. Now when you click on a reminder in the box for it no matter which reminder it makes you go down the list to chose which one then it shows who needs to be sent the task letter, Email. It's not a huge deal but it is another step that was not needed before and is a little annoying to say the least. Hopefully they fix it back to how it operated before.

Mine still works like it used to (If I understand correctly), but now I get a pop up telling me how much better MyHub is, and I should try it out. When I declined, it asked me why I don't want to switch to MyHub.
I am just trying to do my job. It seems Storable is trying to make Sitelink Web Edition more and more unusable. We pay for web edition. Let us use Web Edition without the ads and popups and unnecessary changes.4 -
Ours is doing the same thing. It's ridiculous. It worked fine before the update, the software is suppose to make things easier and it seems it's going backwards. Instead of worrying about the new modern look, sitelink needs to get with todays times and provide us with a chip reader, tap and pay etc.IFmanager said:Since the lastest update using sitelink Web Edition: The reminders box has your task listed to be done. Same here, I prefer the web edition. They have been trying to push the MyHub for years, I'm not a fan of it, I only use it if I have to remotely otherwise it's web edition. If they do phase out the web edition it will only force us to shop for other management software.themage said:Oh, wow. I just tried a few entries in our reminders to test this. Just found this out today as I was training...........super frustrating since I have specific details for my trainees to follow along, i.e.. 'this will bring you to the task that needs to be performed', now I have to change that line in my training sheets! So dumb, and made me look inept as I kept saying, "follow the instructions please." WHY did this need to be updated? Makes no sense.IFmanager said:Since the lastest update using sitelink Web Edition: The reminders box has your task listed to be done. YES!! This is also frustrating, I thought the pop up window removed the task since once we finished answering it's silly questions, there was no task to perform, we had to click through the list to perform each task in CRM.themage said:Oh, wow. I am getting to the point where I won't do ANY updates until I review feedback and comments here.
Definitely not installing the most recent as it is.1
