Hi All,
We're looking for a full time manager for a facility that we're buying between T'giving and Christmas. Mooresville is a nice town up by Lake Norman in North Carolina. No on property apartment but cost of living in North Carolina is pretty great. Previous experience a must, Site-link experience a plus. Have you been a manager before?     Experienced as a manager, or asst manager. Want someone to really get onto collections, rent increases, updating property.

    OutboxChar, I have done all of that. When I took over my present property it was 40%. Now, it is at 87%, it has been as high as 92%.
